[BRIEFING.COM] Stocks continue to gradually work their way upward, but the Dow is still having difficulty breaking into positive territory. Upside resistance at the neutral line is capping the Dow's move in similar fashion to the resistance that the Dow faced at 13,000 yesterday.
The dollar has had a quiet day. It has been simply sitting on gains achieved in the early going that came in response to weakness in the sterling pound after it was learned that some members of the Bank of England had expressed a desire for additional stimulus.
