Texas Instruments trades lower after hours after lowering guidance

After Hours Losers:
Companies trading lower in after hours in reaction to earnings: CMTL -4.6%, ESL -2.9%.
Companies trading lower in after hours in reaction to news: TXN -6.2% (Lowers Guidance), ALTR -5.0% (Altera lowers Q4 revs guidance to down 13-16%, from down 7-11% vs. Capital IQ Consensus Estimates of down 9%), SGY -4.5% (Stone Energy announced that the partnership drilling the Lighthouse Bayou prospect in southwestern Louisiana has decided to temporarily suspend drilling operations), MTW -3.2% (Manitowoc announced that due to recently identified supplier delivery issues with certain hydraulic components, the shipment of some crane products will be delayed into the first quarter of 2012).
AGL Resources (AGL +3.4%) will replace Nicor Inc. (GAS +1.4%) in the S&P 500 index; BWA to replace AKS -1.9% in the S&P 500; PRGO +2.1% and DLTR +1.5% will replace MWW +0.7% and WFR -1.4%in the S&P 500 index Rose Rock Midstream (RRMS) announces pricing of initial public offering at $20.00 vs. $19-21 expected range.
