Separately, Oritani Financial (ORIT) will replace optionsXpress Holdings (OXPS)
in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, August
31, 2011. optionsXpress Holdings is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent The
Charles Schwab Corp. (SCHW) in a deal expected to be completed on or about that
date pending final approvals.
Futures are lower after hours: S&P 500 futures are -4.78 from fair value of 1175.78 and Nasdaq100 futures are -6.73 from fair value of 2144.43.
